Zumba is made to feel more like a party than a fitness class and that’s the beauty of it! Essentially, Zumba is dance-based fitness. It’s roots are Latin American. The four main Zumba rhythms are salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton, but classes include other styles too, from bhangra to jive to hip hop, disco and more. There’s something for everybody and it doesn’t matter if you think you’ve got two left feet.
Zumba isn’t taught like a traditional dance class. The moves are repeated according to the pattern of each song and we don’t change all our tracks at once, but instead introduce one or two new songs every couple of weeks. This way you get to know the music and the moves as the weeks go on, allowing you to become more confident and increase your level of fitness.
I’ve been teaching Zumba since 2015 and Zumba Gold since 2017. I love my job and have been incredibly fortunate to gain many fantastic clients and friends along the way!
We don't add any extras, like; bar charges, kitchen use, corking charges, etc. We charge a one off fee for the time you request.
Please note you are expected to clean up after your selves and leave the building as you would want to find it.
Our hours are:
Morning session 9.00 – 13:00
Afternoon session 14.00 – 17.00
Evening session 18.00 – 00.00
Rates vary per day and session and will be provided on application.
Hirers will be required to sign a booking form which incorporates a standard conditions of hire.
