Zumba Gold

Zumba is made to feel more like a party than a fitness class and that’s the beauty of it! Essentially, Zumba is dance-based fitness. It’s roots are Latin American. The four main Zumba rhythms are salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton, but classes include other styles too, from bhangra to jive to hip hop, disco and more. There’s something for everybody and it doesn't matter if you think you've got two left feet. Zumba isn’t taught like a traditional dance class. The moves are repeated according to the pattern of each song and we don't change all our tracks at once, but instead introduce one or two new songs every couple of weeks.
Monday morning - all ages and all levels welcome

Yoga

Yoga is a practical aid, not a religion. Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.
